General concerns and complaints
Concerns and complaints about Applegrove services, processes, operation and management may be provided verbally (by telephone) or in writing (by mail or email) to individual staff members or to Applegrove management. Formal complaints will be managed using our Complaints Procedure.
Privacy concerns and complaints

If you believe that Applegrove has breached your privacy, you may also use the City of Toronto Privacy Complaints process.
Discrimination or harassment concerns and complaints
If you have a question, concern or complaint about discrimination or harassment, please contact our Executive Director Susanne Burkhardt at [email protected] / 416-461-5392.
Complaints will be managed based on the City of Toronto-AOCC Human Rights and Anti-Harassment/Discrimination Policy and using the City of Toronto-AOCC Human Rights and Anti-Harassment/Discrimination Complaints Procedures.
