To celebrate Applegrove's 30th Anniversary, and to help families create magic at home, the centre's members, staff and volunteers contributed their favourite apple recipes to one fun cookbook. Children come into our lives in many ways. Some are born to us, some are step-children or adopted, some are grand-children, and some are not related but are close to us anyway. And there are many kinds of families. Some families have one parent, some two. Others have same-sex parents. But all children want to know about adults' lives when they were young. And children want to know about themselves.
Applegrove developed 2 memory books. "When I was a child" is about your memories of growing up. "I remember you" is about how the child came into your life.
You can complete each book in less than an hour. You can put in photographs if you have them, but the books will be complete without them.
Parents with half-empty baby books, people feeling guilty about unused scrapbooking supplies and everyone who wants to give a special gift to the children in their lives will love these memory books. Just $5 GST included, plus postage and handling.
Purchasing Options
- Come to the Applegrove office and pay by cash, cheque or credit card.
- Phone us with your order and pay by credit card.
- Print, complete and mail the attached PDF order form with your credit card info or a cheque.
Postage and handling is $2.50 for up to 3 books, $5 for 4 to 7. Ask for pricing for more copies.
